To take these photos i used the program setting on my camera but i also set it to continuous shooting so that i could take a spray of photos as he was in the air and then select the best one. Using continuous shooting allows me to capture each different movement and action of the whole jump so if you put all the images together it would allow you to see the whole jump in steps.
